1. Information We Collect
WilderLinks collects technical, operational, and workspace data necessary to route mobile deep links, process attribution telemetry, and manage your organization account. When you register, we collect workspace name, administrative contact details, email addresses, billing preferences, and API credentials. When end-users interact with links generated on WilderLinks, our global edge network automatically processes request metadata, including anonymized IP addresses, User-Agent strings, device operating system and model identifiers, HTTP referrers, language settings, and timestamp telemetry.
2. How We Process & Use Telemetry
Attribution data and click telemetry are processed strictly to fulfill instant URL redirection (sub-10ms latency), serve real-time dashboard analytics, detect malicious link abuse or bot traffic, enforce workspace rate limits, and dispatch authorized webhooks to your configured server endpoints. WilderLinks does not sell, license, rent, or trade end-user or workspace data to third-party ad networks, data brokers, or targeted advertising providers.
3. Data Encryption & Security Controls
All account data, API keys, and redirection records are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 protocols and encrypted at rest using AES-256 storage standards. Access to production infrastructure is governed by strict zero-trust access controls, multi-factor hardware authentication, and automated audit logging.
4. Data Retention & Workspace Export Rights
Click logs, raw telemetry, and attribution events are retained in accordance with your workspace subscription retention settings. Organization administrators retain 100% data ownership and may export raw click logs, link manifests, and domain configurations via CSV reports or REST API endpoints at any time.
5. International Data Transfers & Compliance (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
WilderLinks operates global edge routing nodes while storing primary databases in secure regional data centers. Under applicable privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), account holders and data subjects possess rights to access, inspect, export, correct, or request full deletion of their personal telemetry records. To exercise these rights or execute a Data Processing Addendum (DPA), contact our compliance team at hellowilderlinks@gmail.com.
